Why do you need a nutrition coach?

A nutrition coach will support your health and well-being in a personalised way. My role is to help you to set realistic goals and make sustainable changes. Together we will build on healthy habits, helping you to get back in control of your health, with on-going support, motivation, accountability and education throughout.

Some areas of concern I can support you in are blood sugar imbalances, woman’s health, gut-health, healthy and sustainable weight management, healthy ageing and general well-being.

There is no one size fits all in nutrition and what works for one person may not work for the next. With each new client I start with a blank page and most importantly, start where you are at.

Health is about how you live, not just about what you eat so using evidence-based principles we look at nutrition but we will also incorporate sleep quality, stress levels and exercise.

We leave calorie counting, fad diets and the short-term mindset at the door and we concentrate on nourishment and health for the long-term. We keep it simple and realistic.
