This package includes:
Analysis of pre-consultation questionnaire and food diary.
90-minute consultation, in-person or via Zoom.
A detailed personalised nutrition plan.
4 x 45-minute follow-up support sessions, in person, Fife based, or via Zoom. Can be weekly or fortnightly.
A collection of recipes tailored to your plan, tastes and preferences.
WhatsApp support throughout.
The process
Once you have booked your chosen programme I will send you a pre-consultation questionnaire, a food diary and a short self-analysis questionnaire. I ask that this is returned to me for analysis prior to our first consultation.
I am based in Fife, Scotland. If local, we can meet face to face at my home or somewhere convenient to us both. If further afield, I am happy to hold sessions via Zoom.
90-minute consultation
This provides the opportunity to delve a little deeper into your health profile and to set some solid health goals together.
From this in-depth discussion I will then develop a comprehensive nutrition plan and recipe collection, tailored specifically to you and your goals. Your nutrition plan will contain realistic, actionable steps you can take to reach your health goals, along with healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas. This will be sent to you within a week of our meeting.
30-minute follow-up sessions x 4
This programme includes 4 coaching sessions for those who would like a little more long-term support and inspiration. We will meet about a week after you receive your nutrition plan. This will give us the opportunity to discuss your nutrition plan, reflect on progress, discuss any difficulties and plan strategies to move forward. This is were I can provide guidance and encouragement to keep you on track. These sessions can be on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
WhatsApp support
This is a fully supported programme. I will set up a WhatsApp nutrition group for extra support during business hours in-between the times we meet.
